08-04-2013 Yellow Red goes Uzbekistan!
Yellow Red Emelgem is proud to announce the founding of their first satellite club. As FK Dinamo Samarqand, we will be based in the city of Samarqand in the east of Uzbekistan, near the border with Tajikistan.
The complete board is delighted with this. "This is a great step forward for a small team like Emelgem" said the manager pleased. "We're all ready and looking forward to this new episode in our club's history!"
Unfortunately there's still some administration left to do. When all this administration will be finished -which will probably be by the beginning of May- our satellite club will be ready to storm the Uzbek League and will, in time, try to help the Uzbek national team, just like Yellow Red has done in the past for Suriname.
But for now, all we can do is focus on finding the right way to start this new team. We still have to think about a name for our stadium, which training we will start with and so on.
