06-05-2013 Cyclones Move to Quash Rumours
Speculation today that there is discontent in the Cyclones camp with the performance of 'Franky' Della Valle (132094802) in Sunday's Qualifier. Some disgrunted fans have questioned his tactical decisions on social media.
Della Valle has been at the helm of the Cyclones since 27.10.11, taking over the Division IV side and overseeing their development into the team they are today. Franky is loved around the club, however whispers from unofficial sources suggest he may have lost his edge. Additionally, his behaviour has become somewhat erratic, raising eyebrows when he attended a board meeting in his slippers.
Always the character, and generally much loved by fans for his sideline-antics, Della Valle was unavailable for comment. Natstradamus issued a media release to try to douse the flames of discontent.
"There is no truth in the story that the club is not looking to replace its current staff, whatsoever. We hope that's the end of it. Thankyou."
