28-04-2013 Raging fans at Blaarmeersen
After West Ghent was utterly humiliated earlier today on their own field against arnie boys, who managed to secure a spot in sixth division, the fans were in a furious state and destroyed several cars using molotov cocktails and gasoline. The fans are incredibly disappointed with the second loss in two weeks and feel like the team's current form is absolutely unacceptable. Likewise, is how the West Ghent management reacts: "The attitude of the supporter club is inexcusable, we will not tolerate offensive behavior like this. The people responsible for starting these riots and fires will obviously be banned for life and legally prosecuted.".
It's not the first time that West Ghent had trouble handling their out of control fan club, the West Ghent Core, earlier this year the management already handed out thirteen arena bans to abrasive fans. After today's incidents, that number will most likely be tripled.
