The manager spoke to a packed press conference later in the day and congratulateds all the players on a successful season. "Onwards and Upwards was the chant for the new season - Div 2 and the Cup are the expectations placed on the coach"

The coach implored his players to remain in top nick as we have to win next week to secure auto promotion. Any player letting himself go wll be haviing a run in the 2's.
