Rumours have been flying today that Ragnarok are going to be sporting a new kit for tonights Cup game, made out of bubblewrap, in an attempt to stop the injury crisis currently gripping the squad!

In the opening 6 competitive games, Ragnarok have suffered 7 injuries and 1 bruising, with an average of 2 injuries per game in league games alone.

Insider sources say they are not sure whether the bubblewrap will be worn as protection or given to the opposition players to soothe their injuring tendencies with gentle popping!

It has been announced that there will be a party, after the match against Parking Tigers F.C, to celebrate the 100th League game played at The Dragons Den.

Organisers say they expect it to go on for a good number of minutes after the final whistle.

There have been reports coming out of Ragnaroks training ground today, that there has been a outbreak of nose-bleeds amongst the players.

Current thoughts are that they are not used to the dizzying heights of first place !!

Ragnaroks manager has been located, safe and sound (well almost!).

One of the groundsmen found him in the dugout, still with his head in his hands, rocking back and forth.

Medical staff were called in and he was taken to a local medical facility, his status is said to be "comfortable, but still in shock".

The club announced today the new squad numbers for the season.

A spokesperson said "Yes, we know the season has begun, but we wanted to get rid of old stock first, now you can buy your new shirts with the new names and numbers"

Brothers mace20 and dodge80, sadly lost their Dad yesterday, so the friendly game this evening, between their two teams Ragnarok Dragons and Bahamuts Warriors, will be played to the memory of our Dad. R.I.P.

After the disappointing loss to Laudrup at the weekend, Manager mace20 has decided to cancel the clubs' Christmas holidays and has scheduled more training sessions due to the teams lack of effort.

The Manager for Ragnarok commented "Kinas just wanted it more, you could see that out on the pitch, maybe we just got complacent? I'll be having words during the week, and there will be NO repetition of this result again"

The Management, Staff and Players are delighted with their tremendous start to their debut season. They were particularly happy to realise that their excellent 8-1 victory today, put them second in the league table on goal difference !!
