Amador burst through the central defence and let loose a cannonball of a shot, scoring for 0 - 4. After 31 minutes, an incisive pass through the middle gave R. Amador a chance to increase the lead for CONCORD, and he did not disappoint. The score was then 0 - 5. 0 - 5 was the score after the first half. CONCORD enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 87 percent of possession.

Content with how the game was proceeding, the CONCORD coach let O. Magee replace R. van den Brakel after 49 minutes. D. Ambrogetti wanted to play on, but the CONCORD coach had other ideas, and he was replaced 52 minutes into the game by Z. Dias Graça. 82 minutes into the match, R. Amador came through the middle and almost added to his team's lead, but the shot went wide. CONCORD increased the lead to 0 - 6 as R.
