Zazzeri did not have a good day today, often losing his footing on the muddy pitch. With 43 minutes played, J. Aagren of CFC2012 fell dramatically just outside the penalty area. However, the referee was unimpressed, and booked him for diving. 2 - 0 was the halftime score. Kalundborg claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 70 percent.

R. Albertsen left the field with a smile on his face as he was substituted 60 minutes into the game, as his team was in the lead. A. Zeynallı was the replacement. Kalundborg's I. Farstad was shown a yellow card after 62 minutes for slicing down an opponent. The coach of CFC2012 was happy with the game so far, but still wanted to change the line up. After 70 minutes, J. Valentin came on for L. Sayman. Some things can only be learned through experience, and R. Thorup should take his lesson to heart after nearly gifting Kalundborg a goal with 79 minutes of the match played. The visitors got a chance to pulling one back after 86 minutes, due to a defensive blunder leaving N. Leandro completely unmarked. His strike was pathetic though, easy prey for the home side's keeper. After 87 minutes, a well-worked counterattack by CFC2012 on the right presented an easy opportunity in front of the goal that was duly converted by G. Zazzeri to make it 3 - 0. With 89 minutes played, the Kalundborg coach decided a substitution may help turn the game around. S. Joosse came on, I. Farstad had to leave the fray. Kalundborg needed a fresh pair of legs on the field, and after 89 minutes M. Wagener made way for B. Soysaltürk. Kalundborg enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 71 percent of possession.

CFC2012's top performer was clearly K. Harding. C. Carballeira was a disappointment, however. The most dominating Kalundborg player was without a doubt V. Lovrenčić. However, B. Soysaltürk made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 3 - 0.
