Some brilliant football from the visitors' right wing resulted in a levelling of the score as stokey's T. Huddlestone put the ball in the onion bag after 26 minutes to make it 2 - 2. The teams went for the halftime break at 2 - 2. Possession in this half belonged to stokey, who controlled the ball 60 percent of the time.

The coach gave his players an extra tactical briefing during the break, and after that ChosenOnes had passable organisation. With 56 minutes played, A.
