Renato Pesenti was the appointed referee with assistance provided by

ChosenOnes started off with a 3-4-3 lineup.

A 3-5-2 alignment was the formation of choice for stokey.

It was an obvious ambition of ChosenOnes to use their ability at attacking on the flanks.
Attacking on the wings was the choice for ChosenOnes, and they were successfully passing the ball from the middle to the wings to attack.
4 minutes had elapsed when a great chance for ChosenOnes to take the lead after a good cross from the right found
I. Andrews alone with the keeper, but he chipped it to the wrong side of the post.
Players in ChosenOnes heard their coach's words ringing in their ears and steered their central attacks to the wings instead.
ChosenOnes took the lead after 9 minutes as a result of

The visitors didn't give in and, after 12 minutes,
T. Huddlestone got through the home side's central line of defence, rolling in the equaliser to make it 1 - 1.
After 13 minutes, ChosenOnes raised their score by one when
T. Chaplain's dangerous low cross was cleverly tucked in at the near post by
I. Gaize. 2 - 1.
Some brilliant football from the visitors' right wing resulted in a levelling of the score as stokey's
T. Huddlestone put the ball in the onion bag after 26 minutes to make it 2 - 2.
The teams went for the halftime break at 2 - 2.
Possession in this half belonged to stokey, who controlled the ball 60 percent of the time.
The coach gave his players an extra tactical briefing during the break, and after that ChosenOnes had
passable organisation.
With 56 minutes played,
A. Undurraga of stokey fell dramatically just outside the penalty area. However, the referee was unimpressed, and booked him for diving.

T. Sakkas had to watch the rest of the game from the sidelines, after twisting his ankle with 64 minutes having been played.
M. Thompson was the replacement.
M. Thompson became the new stokey captain.
The home side put themselves ahead 3 - 2 after 72 minutes courtesy of a breakthrough from
A. Chambers, who scored with a stunning volley following a cross from the right wing.
After 74 minutes, the visitors levelled the scores after
G. Rath made it through the middle and struck home to make it 3 - 3.
The intense heat forced
T. Huddlestone into making some errors because he couldn't seem to keep up with the others.
ChosenOnes fans held their breath as
I. Gaize scampered down the left side. He successfully avoided all challenges and cracked home the shot for 4 - 3!

J. Bechstrøm received a yellow card for going into a challenge studs first.
stokey enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 57 percent of possession.
I. Andrews performed admirably for ChosenOnes.
S. Barrow was a disappointment, however.
