Clouds darkened the skies at
El Lábaro as 40000 spectators turned up for the match.

Vladimirs Mazurs.
CaSTRo tactics involved an interesting 2-5-3 combination.
They fielded: Cicero - Olin, Filipescu - Roldán, Hernández, Valda, Guérin, Unterköfler - By, Chall, Toma.
Mortimers had chosen a strategic 4-5-1 formation.
The following players took the field: Miró - Carcedo, Panell, Escolano, Pëllumbi - Pardo, Villamarín, Niño, Navarro, Collferrer - Rojas Caro.
Mortimers focused on getting players in position for long range shots.
6 minutes into the game,
M. Cicero had to leave the pitch due to a knee injury. In came
T. Dragomir.
A lovely run by CaSTRo's
H. Roldán left his markers for dead and should have resulted in a goal, but the finish went just wide.
32 minutes into the game,
J. Panell almost gave the visitors the lead, as he clipped a delicate lob over the keeper, but the ball glanced harmlessly off the crossbar.
0 - 0 was the score after the first half.
Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Mortimers, with 60 percent of the ball.
Down the middle came

T. Dragomir saved the home team that time.

The most dominating CaSTRo player was without a doubt
