The weather was pretty good, and a crowd of 2264 had shown up at Real Zambuzanza Arena for the match. Cumbis of Inter to slip through the defence and score another goal for the visitors. That made the score 0 - 2. By now, the players in Inter felt that victory was guaranteed and began to play it safe, focusing on defence and not risking too much going forward. The opposing supporters gave the referee an earful when he only gave F. Fons from Inter a yellow card after a mistimed challenge from behind 39 minutes into the game. After the ball was lifted in from the left, E. Pili was on his own in the home side's penalty area and should have scored after 66 minutes, but missed, probably due to lack of concentration. After 73 minutes, an incisive pass through the middle gave C. Masobello a chance to increase the lead for Inter, and he did not disappoint. The score was then 0 - 3. A drive down the left side allowed F. Malanowski to get in close and score another goal for Inter after 74 minutes, taking the score to 0 - 4. G. Frankenheim of Inter took advantage of a mistake on the home side's right after 80 minutes which increased the away team's lead to 0 - 5. After several obvious shirt pulling incidents, A. Wardęcki got himself booked. The manager of Inter was not happy. There was concern in the stands when, at the 84 minute mark, Zambuzanza's I. Prisco hit the ground hard, but he refused the attention of the trainer and rejoined his teammates on the pitch. Inter claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 60 percent.

Zambuzanza's top performer was clearly L. Montalto. P. Maffucci turned in a dismal performance, however. D. Cumbis performed admirably for Inter. However, E. Pili made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 0 - 5.
