Hristov was able to reduce the deficit to 2 - 1 after some excellent moves on the right side were finished off with an incredibly clever chip. It was 2 - 1 at the break. Possession in this half belonged to Pianeta, who controlled the ball 54 percent of the time.

Pianeta put in a good effort on the right, but C. Agostini saw his volley fly wide of the mark 53 minutes into the game. A really bad tackle inside the penalty area 72 minutes into the match gave the referee no other choice but to award the visiting Manchester a penalty. M. Kazakėnas knocked it home. 2 - 2 The referee showed Pianeta's D. Wisserburg the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge. Pianeta took the lead after 77 minutes as a result of C. Agostini's peach of a shot from the right hand side of the box - placed beautifully in the top corner. 3 - 2. Having been awarded a free kick in an awkward position after 80 minutes, Manchester did not go for a shot but instead fired the ball hard into the 6 yard box. After a brief tussle with his marker, B. Hristov was able to power the ball past the keeper to make the score 3 - 3. Pianeta enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 53 percent of possession.

Pianeta's best player was D. Arturi. C. Agostini turned in a dismal performance, however. The most dominating Manchester player was without a doubt M. Kazakėnas. W. Keong Ting was a disappointment, however. The match ends 3 - 3.
