Mallecina82 almost scored after a counterattack 21 minutes into the match, but P. Arrechea took a shot from the left that landed harmlessly in the side of the net. Halftime score was 0 - 0. FDF enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 70 percent of possession.

The Mallecina82 players spent the break getting a rerun of the team's tactical organisation and regained a solid organisation when the game started again. Down the middle came R. Elgucena, making a fantastic play that nearly had FDF take the lead after 47 minutes, but C. Afonso preserved the tie. The terraces were silenced after 64 minutes when FDF's J. Manzano put the guests ahead 0 - 1, following an attack on the right. Content with how the game was proceeding, the FDF coach let M. Vivar Díaz replace J. Manzano after 65 minutes. C. Afonso got a fingertip on J. Radresa's shot from the left 65 minutes in, and managed to keep the visitors from going up another goal. M. Vivar Díaz received a delicate pass through the home side's central defence after 74 minutes, and chipped it past the flailing keeper to score making it 0 - 2. The FDF fans went wild, whilst the home fans started to think about leaving early. 76 minutes into the game, Mallecina82 seemed to suffer a certain amount of confusion and they fell to a inadequate level of organisation. M. Vivar Díaz's technique was perfect on this sunny day and led to some breathtaking tricks that bamboozled the defence. After the ball was lifted in from the left, R. Elgucena was on his own in the home side's penalty area and should have scored after 80 minutes, but missed, probably due to lack of concentration. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by FDF, with 72 percent of the ball.

P. Arrechea performed admirably for Mallecina82. On the other hand, C. Afonso's play was disheartening. The most dominating FDF player was without a doubt M. Vivar Díaz. J. Bachiorri was a disappointment, however. The match ends 0 - 2.
