Luckily the ref didn't see him taunting the opposing fans in celebration - naughty boy! A. Frenkel increased the visitors' lead by putting a volley away after a pass from the right. 0 - 3. Some fine movement on the left led to a Hochlarmark goal after 29 minutes, making it 0 - 4. F. Kamerman was noted down as the scorer. At this point, it was obvious that the players of Hochlarmark lowered the tempo and became more defensively oriented. With 32 minutes played, P. Koss of Hochlarmark fell dramatically just outside the penalty area. However, the referee was unimpressed, and booked him for diving. The teams went for the halftime break at 0 - 4. Possession in this half belonged to Hochlarmark, who controlled the ball 62 percent of the time.

R. Ivandić wanted to play on, but the Hochlarmark coach had other ideas, and he was replaced 46 minutes into the game by D. Giese. As the match clock hit 46 minutes, Hochlarmark regrouped to try and keep their initiative in the game. L. Lucăcel high-fived D. Giese as they swapped positions on the team. Hochlarmark's D. Le Cossec was shown a yellow card after 58 minutes for slicing down an opponent. Kövihausen were great at switching from defence to attack, and after 65 minutes, P. Schneglberger swept through the middle on a counterattack, making the score 1 - 4. The Hochlarmark free kick 66 minutes into the match seemed wasted, as the shot was both short and off target. But was this actually a plan? The ball landed at the feet of J. Rađen, who was completely unmarked in the box. That's 1 - 5! Hochlarmark claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 64 percent.

Kövihausen's best player was G. Sladojević. However, T. Lämmerhirt made a disastrous appearance. J. Rađen performed admirably for Hochlarmark. L. Lucăcel on the other hand, had a terrible day. The match ends 1 - 5.
