Spysschaert broke through on the right, leaving the entire defence trailing in his wake. The muddy pitch made the game a gritty affair, which seemed to suit R. Padrock just fine. After 35 minutes, a couple of quick and successful challenges followed by a shot from just outside the penalty area by R. Goldin might have resulted in another goal for Baltigoal. However, V. Gran made a spectacular save. 2 - 0 was the score after the first half. Possession in this half belonged to Baltigoal, who controlled the ball 52 percent of the time.

The referee showed Xamaxpo's R. Ellerts the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge. L. Pleinert caught everyone off guard with a great opening pass - but unfortunately E. Ongüş was as surprised by the move as anybody else, and managed to miss the extraordinary opportunity. 78 minutes into the game, Baltigoal were awarded a penalty that M. Pirnes turned into 3 - 0 without a problem. After this, you could see that the players of Baltigoal were more interested in killing time than scoring more goals. With 79 minutes gone, Xamaxpo's R. Ellerts had to leave the pitch after talking back to the referee and receiving his second booking. Xamaxpo reduced the lead after 84 minutes to 3 - 1 as K. Torba easily chipped the ball past the home side's keeper after a dazzling play from the right. Baltigoal had most of the ball, with 54 percent of possession.

Most important Baltigoal player was R. Goldin. Z. Coman on the other hand, had a terrible day. Xamaxpo's best player was L. Pleinert. L. Bing De turned in a dismal performance, however. The match ends 3 - 1.
