Fairly good weather for football had drawn a crowd of 3457 to FC Visp14 Arena. Kristian Olsen was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Gonzalo Céspedes and Alexander Hoerth. Visp14 decided to use a 4-4-2 set up. They fielded: Wenk - Rebsamen, Wermelinger, Jaggy, Lajoinie - De Osti, Moreau, Albrecht, Slack - Schuablin, Brülisauer.

A 4-4-2 alignment was the formation of choice for Fcd0n. Starters: Covilhã - Gunnarsson, Quảng Tịnh, Diniz Neto, Schoger - Bentili, Zängerle, Drakakis, Benages - Gradl, Plault.

Some good play on the left wing created an opportunity for the visitors 2 minutes into the match, and A. Gunnarsson wasn't about to let it go by. He got past the defenders and fired a shot that the keeper just missed. 0 - 1 for the visitors. J. Prime was called on to replace Fcd0n's Â. Quảng Tịnh after 17 minutes following a nasty collision. 33 minutes into the game, Fcd0n seemed to suffer a certain amount of confusion and they fell to a inadequate level of organisation. The coach of Fcd0n was happy with the game so far, but still wanted to change the line up. After 40 minutes, J. Schwinghammer came on for M. Bentili. L. Drakakis was, after 43 minutes, almost able to extend the visitors' lead with a well placed diving header after the ball had looped into the centre, but the home side's keeper K. Wenk made the save. J. Schoger could have added one to the visitors' lead if his free kick had gone just a little lower. B. Brülisauer charged down the left and had a wonderful opportunity to score the equaliser for Visp14, but the shot went well wide of the goal. 44 minutes in, Visp14's C. Moreau received a yellow card for going into a challenge studs first. The visitors' L. Benages took advantage of a misunderstanding between the home side's goalie and centre backs 44 minutes into the match. 0 - 2 for Fcd0n. After 44 minutes, there was a bit of a mixup on the field as Fcd0n found themselves out of position and their organisation level dropped to poor. K. Wenk kept the home side in the game with a magnificent save when J. Schoger delivered an almost perfect free kick to the far post. The opposing supporters gave the referee an earful when he only gave L. Drakakis from Fcd0n a yellow card after a mistimed challenge from behind 44 minutes into the game. That was far too lenient! Halftime score was 0 - 2. Possession in this half belonged to Visp14, who controlled the ball 51 percent of the time.

Despite his frustration resulting in the smashing of a few teacups, the coach of Fcd0n was able to get his message across, and raised Fcd0n's organisation to passable. After 55 minutes, an incisive pass through the middle gave G. Gradl a chance to increase the lead for Fcd0n, and he did not disappoint. The score was then 0 - 3. Visp14's U. Schuablin managed a superb strike from the left after 57 minutes that would have left goalkeeper D. Covilhã without a chance, had it not hit the post. Visp14's C. Rebsamen left the field after 58 minutes because of a nasty blow to the shin. His replacement was F. Como. After 63 minutes, Fcd0n were awarded a free kick. Rather than shooting straight at goal, the taker went for an indirect variant which seemed to take his team mates a bit by surprise. L. Drakakis did attempt a finish, but from an awkward position, sending the ball into the away fans. 76 minutes into the match, the visitors put themselves ahead 0 - 4 as G. Gradl finished off an attack from the left with a spectacular scissors kick. At this point, it was obvious that the players of Fcd0n lowered the tempo and became more defensively oriented. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Fcd0n, with 55 percent of the ball.

Visp14's best player was C. Moreau. K. Wenk turned in a dismal performance, however. M. Plault performed admirably for Fcd0n. However, J. Prime made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 0 - 4.
