KJO clearly preferred using their ability to attack in the middle. KJO were determined to attack in the middle, even their wing attacks ended up centrally. With 31 minutes played, seemingly due to lack of experience, D. Retavisca needlessly tripped an opponent just outside the penalty area, but the free kick that followed didn't succeed. Some great play up the middle by KJO led to a chance for W. Korba to score after 32 minutes, but the shot hit the crossbar. The opposing supporters gave the referee an earful when he only gave G. Roches from karpiu a yellow card after a mistimed challenge from behind 36 minutes into the game. That was far too lenient! KJO made a bid to take the lead as a ball coming in on the right hand side left J. Falces completely alone with keeper T. Monsen, who made a spectacular block. 42 minutes of the match played, and a comedy of errors by the home side gave the visitors a chance at the lead, but P. Šljuka, after finding himself dashing down on goal from the left with only the keeper to beat, sliced his shot horribly wide. H. Tesone of KJO received a yellow card after 43 minutes for unsportsmanlike behaviour. Halftime score was 0 - 0. KJO enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 57 percent of possession.

A questionable penalty 47 minutes in gave the home side the lead, 1 - 0. The visitors' goalie didn't stand a chance as W. Korba knocked the ball home. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by KJO, with 57 percent of the ball.

The most dominating KJO player was without a doubt S. Dobbyn. B. Fjellstad turned in a dismal performance, however. karpiu's best player was G. Roches. On the other hand, A. Wasyl's play was disheartening. The match ends 1 - 0.
