Weather conditions were fairly good for football, and R.aBoyz Arena saw a crowd turnout of 5006. Diego De Santis was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Alin Cãlin and George Gauduchon. Comodoro viciously shoved another player from behind while going for a loose ball and was sent off the pitch with a red card. M. Frias Neto was the new captain of R.aBoyz - handed the armband by the departing player. B. Demoro was called on to replace R.aBoyz's J. Gimenes after 27 minutes following a nasty collision. 30 minutes into the game, Lanterna seemed to suffer a certain amount of confusion and they fell to a passable level of organisation. 31 minutes into the game, Lanterna were awarded a penalty and Y. Shelach was able to increase the visitors' lead to 0 - 2 rolling the ball in by the right post. With 38 minutes played, a quick exchange of passes on the left wing freed V. Něnička of Lanterna to slip through the defence and score another goal for the visitors. That made the score 0 - 3. After 39 minutes a combination in the middle resulted in a through ball for T. Dias Paiva who increased Lanterna's lead to 0 - 4. At this point, it was obvious that the players of Lanterna lowered the tempo and became more defensively oriented. After 40 minutes, there was a bit of a mixup on the field as Lanterna found themselves out of position and their organisation level dropped to inadequate. Halftime score was 0 - 4. Lanterna claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 73 percent.

The coach gave his players an extra tactical briefing during the break, and after that Lanterna had solid organisation. Y. Shelach of Lanterna took advantage of a mistake on the home side's right after 54 minutes which increased the away team's lead to 0 - 5. This third goal completed a hattrick for Y. Shelach. Lanterna's 哲. 関 (Seki) was shown a yellow card for standing over the ball and blocking an opponent's quick free kick after 56 minutes. With 63 minutes played, Lanterna put themselves up 0 - 6 after an attack from the right, caused by a defensive blunder. The scorer was T. Dias Paiva. 67 minutes in, Lanterna appeared unsure on how to play and their organisation was only solid. Lanterna's T. Dias Paiva got himself booked for a foul. 70 minutes into the game, Lanterna had difficulty finding their positions and their organisation dropped to passable. E. Calixto was the first to reach the corner kick, but his header was blocked by the keeper. However, Lanterna's V. Gaúcho managed to get hold of the rebound and tucked the ball into the empty net. 0 - 7 R. Sampaio came close to extending the visitors' lead when he found himself completely unmarked in front of the goal after a pass through the middle. He tried to lift the ball over D. Itatins but overcooked it and hit the bar instead. 77 minutes into the game a free kick by Y. Shelach found its way through the home side's poorly assembled defensive formation, making Lanterna's lead 0 - 8. Possession in this half belonged to Lanterna, who controlled the ball 80 percent of the time.

R.aBoyz's top performer was clearly M. Frias Neto. D. Itatins turned in a dismal performance, however. Most important Lanterna player was V. Gaúcho. Y. Shelach on the other hand, had a terrible day. The match ends 0 - 8.
