Kincaid was able to even the score after 29 minutes to make the score 1 - 1. 1 - 1 was the score after the first half. Washington, enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 66 percent of possession.

After several obvious shirt pulling incidents, L. Zulueta got himself booked. The manager of Washington, was not happy. Washington, had a chance to take the lead after H. Jones's dazzling drive up the left, but the opportunity fizzled out as his shot went just over the bar after 78 minutes. Washington, fans held their breath as D. Arivuoli scampered down the left side. He successfully avoided all challenges and cracked home the shot for 2 - 1! Washington, had most of the ball, with 65 percent of possession.

D. Arivuoli performed admirably for Washington,. On the other hand, S. Haley's play was disheartening. Wolverines's top performer was clearly R. Forman. T. Irby on the other hand, had a terrible day. The match ends 2 - 1.
