Cassis-Carnoux13 had a good opportunity to attack on the wing, but remembered their instructions to go for middle attacks. With a shot curled in from just outside the middle of the penalty area after 30 minutes played, C. Ürek of Cassis-Carnoux13 made the score 1 - 1. L. Cristofanini came close to putting the visiting team one up 32 minutes into the match, following a solo raid down the middle, but K. Kallas managed to tip the ball to a corner. Cassis-Carnoux13's U. Duenser got himself booked for a foul. Cassis-Carnoux13 took the lead after 39 minutes as a result of T. Moineau's peach of a shot from the right hand side of the box - placed beautifully in the top corner. 2 - 1. A. El Bekri unleashed a swerving effort from the right that the visitors' keeper did well to tip wide. The visiting team's G. Stakenborg was able to score the 2 - 2 equaliser with a header 41 minutes into the match, after some good work on the right. G. Stakenborg's speed is always a threat when he gets a little room to move, and 43 minutes into the match was no different as he broke free of his man to send a delightful through ball to P. Costa who knocked it in for hcmarcko. 2 - 3! G. Cooreman could have put his team up another goal 43 minutes into the game, after a rush down the left, but his closing shot hit the post. Halftime score was 2 - 3. Cassis-Carnoux13 enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 54 percent of possession.

T. Bousquet showed the skills that make him a real crowd pleaser as he, after 51 minutes, wove through the guests' entire central defence and put the 3 - 3 equaliser away. As the 55 minute mark approached, the Cassis-Carnoux13 coach decided it was time for a substitution. T. Bousquet reluctantly made way for M. Ditmar on the pitch. With 56 minutes played, S. Felekis of hcmarcko fell dramatically just outside the penalty area. However, the referee was unimpressed, and booked him for diving. Cassis-Carnoux13's M. Ditmar was shown a yellow card for standing over the ball and blocking an opponent's quick free kick after 59 minutes. 60 minutes into the game, Cassis-Carnoux13 wanted to bring some new energy to their game. A. El Bekri gave R. Pintér a quick hug as he left the field.
