Spitzis-Kicker tried to focus their attacks down the middle. The visiting D. Ziglin was booed thoroughly by the home crowd 12 minutes into the game, after he broke through the middle and scored, resulting in the visitors taking the lead. 0 - 1 was the score. D. Ziglin increased the visitors' lead by putting a volley away after a pass from the right. 0 - 2. Confident in their lead, Pragg-Jenaz's players relaxed and focused more on defending the lead than increasing it. With 27 minutes played, I. Chappate nearly put the visitors another one up as he broke through in the middle and fired from just outside the box, but his shot passed just over the bar. Some fine movement on the left led to a Pragg-Jenaz goal after 30 minutes, making it 0 - 3. T. Vencl was noted down as the scorer. Pragg-Jenaz increased their lead after 39 minutes when T. Vencl broke through on the right, upping the score to 0 - 4, much to the home crowd's dismay. 0 - 4 was the halftime score. Pragg-Jenaz claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 73 percent.

S. Bocchio left the field with a smile on his face as he was substituted 50 minutes into the game, as his team was in the lead. B. Pastuszka was the replacement. Content with how the game was proceeding, the Pragg-Jenaz coach let J. Ervilha replace D. Ziglin after 60 minutes. A drive down the left side allowed L. Meunier to get in close and score another goal for Pragg-Jenaz after 66 minutes, taking the score to 0 - 5. After 78 minutes, an incisive pass through the middle gave T. Vencl a chance to increase the lead for Pragg-Jenaz, and he did not disappoint. The score was then 0 - 6. That made three goals for T. Vencl and he was marked down for the hat trick. With 79 minutes gone, Pragg-Jenaz had a free kick in a decent position. Despite this being a great chance for a shot, they tried a cheeky move intended to bypass the defence. However, K. Schäffer did not manage to connect with it cleanly and the ball went out. The coach of Pragg-Jenaz was happy with the game so far, but still wanted to change the line up. After 80 minutes, F. Cattaneo came on for M. Iancu. 82 minutes into the game, Pragg-Jenaz worked the left side industriously creating several opportunities to add to their lead, but just couldn't apply the finishing touch. Pragg-Jenaz enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 73 percent of possession.
