It was an obvious ambition of oluja99 to use their ability at attacking on the flanks. It was obvious that BadGunners05 were using their pressing skill as their primary tactic. The home crowd was not impressed by the fancy moves of BadGunners05's W. Swatosch after 5 minutes. He converted a pass from the left for a goal, resulting in the visitors taking the 0 - 1 lead. T. Sulejewski got a fingertip on C. Ringhofer's shot from the left 38 minutes in, and managed to keep the visitors from going up another goal. BadGunners05 pressed their opponents, causing the game to be a bit of a stalemate at times. With 41 minutes played, a quick exchange of passes on the left wing freed G. Rimmele of BadGunners05 to slip through the defence and score another goal for the visitors. That made the score 0 - 2. After 42 minutes, BadGunners05's F. Stoeffler fell awkwardly, but was determined to stay in the match. That's the spirit! The teams went for the halftime break at 0 - 2. BadGunners05 enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 63 percent of possession.

D. Könitz was, after 71 minutes, almost able to extend the visitors' lead with a well placed diving header after the ball had looped into the centre, but the home side's keeper T. Sulejewski made the save. The counterattacks of oluja99 were deadly and 72 minutes into the game, G. Lissau received a nice pass from the right flank, making it 1 - 2. oluja99's C. Apple made a successful breakthrough on the left after 73 minutes and should have levelled the score, but instead he clipped it over the bar. With the scoreboard showing that 83 minutes had been played, BadGunners05 nearly put themselves up another goal after T. Sternsdorf came through on the left. Fortunately for the home crowd, the keeper made the save. BadGunners05 had most of the ball, with 59 percent of possession.

Most important oluja99 player was D. Gucmirtl. V. Chiera on the other hand, had a terrible day. BadGunners05's best player was W. Swatosch. D. Könitz turned in a dismal performance, however. The match ends 1 - 2.
