(393395940)

17-07-2012 18.15
Fairly good weather for football had drawn a crowd of 1069 to
Burschensaft Arena.
Hemavala Kapoor was the appointed referee with assistance provided by
Dan Rachimi and
Laurent Bäumle.
A 2-5-3 alignment was the formation of choice for Höslwang.
Starters: Kascha - Kenttälä, Renken - Sennett, Martín Aldea, Löwengrimm, Nikol-Bub, Kuman - Chevalier, 少英 (Shaoying), van Os.
Seckenheim tactics involved an interesting 3-5-2 combination.
They fielded: Felke - Wissing, Maréchal, Gerads - Godetiet, Strzępek, Körkkö, Visco, Schüler-Deininger - Widholm, Maselli.
Using their counter-attacking abilities was the strategy of choice for Seckenheim.
With 13 minutes gone,
S. Widholm suddenly found himself completely free on the right wing when a counterattack by Seckenheim caught their opponents by surprise. Only a great save by the opposing keeper prevented him from scoring.
Some things can only be learned through experience, and
G. Visco should take his lesson to heart after nearly gifting Höslwang a goal with 26 minutes of the match played.
After 27 minutes of play,
N. Chevalier gave the home team a 1 - 0 lead after an attack coming in from the right.
28 minutes into the match, the visitors' central line of defence had to look on as
R. Sennett broke through, making the score 2 - 0 for Höslwang.
Höslwang increased the lead as
T. Löwengrimm struck to make the score 3 - 0 after an attack from the left left him unmarked in front of the keeper.
At this point, it was obvious that the players of Höslwang lowered the tempo and became more defensively oriented.
Content with how the game was proceeding, the Höslwang coach let
J. Gortázar replace
M. Martín Aldea after 30 minutes.
N. Chevalier unleashed a swerving effort from the right that the visitors' keeper did well to tip wide.
Höslwang's
F. Renken was shown a yellow card after 32 minutes for slicing down an opponent.
3 - 0 was the score after the first half.
Höslwang enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 62 percent of possession.
The referee showed Höslwang's
K. Nikol-Bub the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge.
Höslwang put themselves up 4 - 0 when
F. Renken broke through on the right, leaving the entire defence trailing in his wake.
Cheers filled the stadium as
J. Kenttälä broke through the visitors' central defence to put away the ball to increase the lead to 5 - 0 to Höslwang.
Possession in this half belonged to Höslwang, who controlled the ball 62 percent of the time.
Most important Höslwang player was
F. Renken.
T. Löwengrimm was a disappointment, however.
The most dominating Seckenheim player was without a doubt
M. Maselli.
However,
G. Visco made a disastrous appearance.
The match ends 5 - 0.
