Santero limped slightly after a late challenge, but he was able to continue. 26 minutes into the game, Rosarigasino seemed to suffer a certain amount of confusion and they fell to a passable level of organisation. After 33 minutes of play, D. D'Agostino gave the home team a 1 - 0 lead after an attack coming in from the right. Rosarigasino's J. Knapik left the field after 34 minutes because of a nasty blow to the shin. His replacement was Á. Pérez Mazo. 38 minutes into the match, the speedy J. Peralta easily outpaced A. Lauricella, chipped the keeper and made the score 2 - 0. I. Babino had a fantastic opportunity to put La V up another goal 39 minutes into the match, but he fired just over the crossbar. 40 minutes into the game, Rosarigasino seemed a little tentative in their play as their organization fell to passable. Coming from the right, T. Díez de Ulzurrun almost managed to score another goal for La V, but his header was tipped over the bar by the visitors' keeper. The teams went for the halftime break at 2 - 0. La V had most of the ball, with 61 percent of possession.

The coach gave his players an extra tactical briefing during the break, and after that Rosarigasino had solid organisation. G. Uldanck wanted to play on, but the La V coach had other ideas, and he was replaced 46 minutes into the game by G. Lanzi. A magnificent combination in the middle resulted in La V's H. Rivadero increasing the lead to 3 - 0. La V solidified their lead at the 61 minute mark, as D. D'Agostino dribbled the ball through the opposing central defence and scored to make it 4 - 0. After 67 minutes, H. Rivadero put La V ahead 5 - 0 when he rose to head in a cross from the right wing. After this, you could see that the players of La V were more interested in killing time than scoring more goals. 69 minutes into the game, Rosarigasino had difficulty finding their positions and their organisation dropped to poor. I. Babino should probably have put his team up another goal after 71 minutes, but some great goalkeeping by M. Santero kept the visitors in the game. I. de la Mota showed his inexperience when he failed to anticipate the bounce of a high ball, allowing La V's D. Rozada to take advantage and place a shot into the bottom corner of the goal. 6 - 0. Rosarigasino's F. Vigani was shown a yellow card after 85 minutes for slicing down an opponent. La V enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 67 percent of possession.

The most dominating La V player was without a doubt H. Rivadero. I. Babino on the other hand, had a terrible day. Rosarigasino's top performer was clearly Á. Pérez Mazo. However, M. Santero made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 6 - 0.
