PSVzuipsite.nl had several good opportunities to take the lead, especially 44 minutes in when R. Kroon came up alone against A. Novick who managed a block. Halftime score was 1 - 1. PSVzuipsite.nl claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 54 percent.

After a fine move down the middle J. Wensveen nearly gave the home side a goal after 58 minutes. However the finishing shot went just wide. Down the middle came R. Kroon, making a fantastic play that nearly had PSVzuipsite.nl take the lead after 61 minutes, but A. Novick preserved the tie. Making his way up the middle 75 minutes into the match, R. Aulagnon almost managed to squeeze a goal past the visitors' keeper, but the alert A. Voeten blocked it to keep the score level. After several obvious shirt pulling incidents, D. Hirdes got himself booked. The manager of PSVzuipsite.nl was not happy. After 79 minutes, PSVzuipsite.nl put themselves up 1 - 2, as P. Cornelissen finished off a strike from the left with a real cannonball of a shot. A. Laszewski made a superb strike after 80 minutes with a shot straight in front of the goal after a long ball through the middle, but one of the visitors' defenders got a foot in at the last second and warded it off for a corner. Totolos's G. Zevenhoven was shown a yellow card for standing over the ball and blocking an opponent's quick free kick after 81 minutes. PSVzuipsite.nl had most of the ball, with 54 percent of possession.

Totolos's top performer was clearly R. Aulagnon. J. Wensveen turned in a dismal performance, however. PSVzuipsite.nl's best player was R. Kroon. D. Groenestein was a disappointment, however. The match ends 1 - 2.
