Mejorana's F. García Palacios increased the lead to 4 - 0, after he saw his shot go between the legs of the advancing goalkeeper following some good play down the right wing after 46 minutes. The players of Mejorana now seemed to think the job was done and acted more defensively, just waiting for the ref to blow the final whistle. Mejorana's F. García Palacios was shown a yellow card after 74 minutes for slicing down an opponent. Mejorana increased the lead as H. van Emden struck to make the score 5 - 0 after an attack from the left left him unmarked in front of the keeper.
