N. van Mook did not have a good day today, often losing his footing on the muddy pitch. H. Bürgin of FightClub received a yellow card after 20 minutes for unsportsmanlike behaviour. R. Streff was uncomfortable with the soggy pitch as he couldn't move the ball around with his usual grace. SHARKS broke through on the left 33 minutes into the game, with E. Notarnicola firing in from an acute angle to give the home side a 1 - 0 lead. 1 - 0 was the halftime score. FightClub claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 51 percent.

SHARKS managed to extend their lead to 2 - 0 when H. Jantzi cut in neatly from the left side and struck a fine shot past the away team's goalkeeper. SHARKS's M. Udrea swung in a good chance from the left, but the visitors' defence were able to clear the ball. J. Siankevicz could have put SHARKS up one more, but he fired into the side netting after breaking free on the left after 71 minutes. G. Malyshev's speed was clear to see after 76 minutes, as he darted down the wing and released P. Eilenbecker who placed the ball into the back of the net to make the score 2 - 1. FightClub enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 51 percent of possession.

SHARKS's best player was M. Udrea. L. Kingsley was a disappointment, however. FightClub's top performer was clearly N. Chicot. H. Bürgin on the other hand, had a terrible day. The match ends 2 - 1.
