BOOWZ 6 - 0 Hapylan

It had rained all day, but 6107 hardy fans still made it out to ライブハウス武道館. Maxim Belkin was the appointed referee. Our studio analysts were correct. BOOWZ has taken the field in a 3-5-2 alignment.

Gentlemen prefer blondes and Hapylan prefers a 4-4-2. Let's see how this plays out for them. Lineup: Ikegami - Noro, Ikoma, Yamato, Sasakawa - Yamamoto, Takashita, Murase, Nanjo - Eguchi, Tanaka.

After 6 minutes cheers broke out as 和. 阿部 (Abe ) found his way through the guests' central defensive line, rattling the 1 - 0 goal in off the woodwork for BOOWZ. With 16 minutes played, Hapylan's Y. Eguchi received a yellow card for challenging a play with his cleats first. After a play down the right 17 minutes into the match, BOOWZ's 真. 佐久間 (Sakuma) unleashed a ferocious shot that smashed into the roof of the net - after going over the crossbar. Hapylan's J. Ikoma had to be stretchered off the field due to injury. Unfortunately, the stretcher posse dropped him then fell on his injured leg, injuring him further and causing embarrassment for the medical staff. In came T. Kawachi to replace him. 真. 佐久間 (Sakuma) had a fantastic opportunity to put BOOWZ up another goal 21 minutes into the match, but he fired just over the crossbar. BOOWZ's coach was furious with 雄. 谷川 (Tanikawa) after he picked up a yellow for saying one too many words to the ref. 純. 塚本 (Tsukamoto) had a grin on his face as he raced past the weaker players, nearly oblivious to the rain. BOOWZ solidified their lead at the 37 minute mark, as 洋. 大槻 (Otsuki) snaked the ball through the central line of defense and finished for 2 - 0. Halftime score was 2 - 0. BOOWZ set the tempo, maintaining 70 percent of possession.

J. Vonbruell of BOOWZ received a yellow card after 52 minutes for unsportsmanlike behavior. 義. 大坪 (Otsubo) gave BOOWZ supporters even more to cheer about when he increased the lead to 3 - 0 after 58 minutes, following a good exchange of passes on the right that the away team failed to deal with. Things were going from bad to worse for the visitors. 真. 佐久間 (Sakuma) was able to squirm through the central defense after 62 minutes and score, bringing the lead to 4 - 0. BOOWZ's 義. 大坪 (Otsubo) was delighted to score as he saw his shot go between the legs of the advancing keeper and into the net, following some good attacking movement on the right wing. 5 - 0 after 66 minutes. After this, you could see that BOOWZ's players were mostly interested in killing time and holding on to their lead. Some things can only be learned through experience, and F. Takashita should take his lesson to heart after nearly gifting BOOWZ a goal after 77 minutes. The rain made it hard for players like 保. 加藤 (Kato) to show their technical control of the ball on this soggy day. BOOWZ added another goal to their lead as 純. 塚本 (Tsukamoto) struck home for 6 - 0 after an attack from the left set him up unmarked in front of the keeper. BOOWZ were doing a good job holding on to the ball, with 71 percent of possession.

BOOWZ's top performer was clearly 義. 大坪 (Otsubo). You can tell it was nickel beer night yesterday at the local bar because J. Korzeń seemed to stumble all over the pitch. The most outstanding Hapylan player was without a doubt Y. Eguchi. Good thing T. Sasakawa isn't a horse, because he'd surely be sent to the glue factory after that performance. The match ends 6 - 0.
