37386 fans braved the pouring rain at Homoraiders Arena. Shimon Goldstein was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Joaquín Samacá and Mogens Bjerregaard. After 7 minutes, N. Mamando sent the corner kick right to T. Wiles who headed it sharply past the keeper. 0 - 1! E. Vázquez received a delicate pass through the home side's central defence after 13 minutes, and chipped it past the flailing keeper to score making it 0 - 2. The Transformers fans went wild, whilst the home fans started to think about leaving early. The game was characterised by rough play and many physical challenges on the wet field, but N. Mamando showed great heart and had a good game. With 36 minutes played, Transformers put themselves up 0 - 3 after an attack from the right, caused by a defensive blunder. The scorer was E. Vázquez. Homoraiders had a brilliant opportunity to reply as B. Skogflod received a high ball from the right, striking the ball in the air. Only T. Haugen's reflexes saved him. R. Aldenhoven slipped and slithered in the wet grass. His usual rapid runs were nowhere to be seen today. 0 - 3 was the score after the first half. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Transformers, with 55 percent of the ball.

Transformers increased their lead after 59 minutes when R. Aldenhoven broke through on the right, upping the score to 0 - 4, much to the home crowd's dismay. By now, the players in Transformers felt that victory was guaranteed and began to play it safe, focusing on defence and not risking too much going forward. The bench was restless, and with 60 minutes passed Homoraiders's coach gave M. Dekel the opportunity the player had been hoping for. J. Tomlinson reluctantly left the field. Transformers enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 56 percent of possession.

E. Lapczyk performed admirably for Homoraiders. However, M. Dekel made a disastrous appearance. The most dominating Transformers player was without a doubt T. Wiles. On the other hand, R. Cīrulis's play was disheartening. The match ends 0 - 4.
