A scorching day at Gates of Hell, where 60000 spectators were in place for today's match. Heinz-Mario Büh-Frensdorff was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Sebastian Brandt and Sławomir Cielica. Slayerized had chosen a strategic 3-5-2 formation. Tridentina's A. Haavik managed to lose the defenders as he advanced down the right wing and scored, putting the visitors ahead after 5 minutes. 0 - 1. The referee showed Tridentina's V. Urzicã the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge. After 21 minutes, following yet another great corner, S. Sinclair's flick on at the near post reached H. Bäumer, who was just wide with his snapshot - the ball went out for a goal kick. After 38 minutes, Tridentina's M. Maisto burst through the central defence and let loose a cannonball of a shot, scoring for 0 - 2. 38 minutes in, Tridentina's H. Bäumer received a yellow card for going into a challenge studs first. J. Fossas received a delicate pass through the home side's central defence after 39 minutes, and chipped it past the flailing keeper to score making it 0 - 3. The Tridentina fans went wild, whilst the home fans started to think about leaving early. Several players seemed a little dazed by the warm weather, and were repeatedly tricked by the clever and agile V. Purim. With 43 minutes played, L. Gilotti of Slayerized fell dramatically just outside the penalty area. However, the referee was unimpressed, and booked him for diving. It was 0 - 3 at the break. Slayerized enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 51 percent of possession.

After 58 minutes a combination in the middle resulted in a through ball for M. Eckhoff who increased Tridentina's lead to 0 - 4. Tridentina will have to do without S. Sinclair for a time, due to a bad foot injury at the 61 minute mark. He was substituted by A. Daspaleizas. With the scoreboard showing that 62 minutes had been played, Tridentina nearly put themselves up another goal after M. Eckhoff came through on the left. Fortunately for the home crowd, the keeper made the save. S. Mazzeschi tried to get a goal back for Slayerized but despite all his hard work down the right, he just couldn't complete the move. 71 minutes into the game, Tridentina worked the left side industriously creating several opportunities to add to their lead, but just couldn't apply the finishing touch. In a rapid move 76 minutes into the match, M. Maisto of Tridentina lost his man and passed the ball to the unmarked J. Fossas who easily hit it home to make it 0 - 5. Luckily the ref didn't see him taunting the opposing fans in celebration - naughty boy! J. Fossas wanted to play on, but the Tridentina coach had other ideas, and he was replaced 85 minutes into the game by W. Wind. Slayerized claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 53 percent.

Slayerized's top performer was clearly T. Montalbano. However, F. Aldrovandi made a disastrous appearance. N. Casal performed admirably for Tridentina. On the other hand, A. Daspaleizas's play was disheartening. The match ends 0 - 5.
