At this point, it was obvious that the players of KAYSICILAR lowered the tempo and became more defensively oriented. Halftime score was 0 - 3. KAYSICILAR enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 83 percent of possession.

M. Shoai was, after 48 minutes, almost able to extend the visitors' lead with a well placed diving header after the ball had looped into the centre, but the home side's keeper S. Verşan made the save. 53 minutes into the game, KAYSICILAR had difficulty finding their positions and their organisation dropped to poor. S. McLernon found it hard to catch his breath today in the stifling heat. With 75 minutes played, KAYSICILAR put themselves up 0 - 4 after an attack from the right, caused by a defensive blunder. The scorer was J. Paczyński. S. Daneault increased the visitors' lead by putting a volley away after a pass from the right. 0 - 5. The visitors nearly scored again after 78 minutes, but a superb save by S. Verşan kept J. Paczyński's free kick out of the net. The home crowd was not impressed when A. Larsson came in from the right, shooting hard to score after 80 minutes. KAYSICILAR were now up 0 - 6. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by KAYSICILAR, with 80 percent of the ball.

Gulu's top performer was clearly T. Umur. S. Verşan was a disappointment, however. Most important KAYSICILAR player was J. Paczyński. T. Kuuskmäe on the other hand, had a terrible day. The match ends 0 - 6.
