It was an exceptionally sunny day for the crowd of 12410 that came out to AlmavivA Arena. Isadoro Caamaño was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Sebastian Derdak and Bennie Antonisse. After 20 minutes a combination in the middle resulted in a through ball for G. Amoruso who increased Tasvite's lead to 0 - 2. Some fine movement on the left led to a Tasvite goal after 26 minutes, making it 0 - 3. G. Fanesi was noted down as the scorer. By now, the players in Tasvite felt that victory was guaranteed and began to play it safe, focusing on defence and not risking too much going forward. The teams went for the halftime break at 0 - 3. Tasvite claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 58 percent.

Usually a powerful player on the field, I. Pais looked kind of pale and tired under the hot sun. After 81 minutes, Tasvite sent a free kick in high over the penalty box. In what looked like a well-rehearsed move, the ball was headed backwards and reached L. José Liano, who had plenty of space to place a well aimed shot - 0 - 4. With 85 minutes played, a quick exchange of passes on the left wing freed G. Amendola of Tasvite to slip through the defence and score another goal for the visitors. That made the score 0 - 5. After 86 minutes AlmavivA's J. Pijlman contracted a slight foot injury, but didn't want to leave the game. Tasvite enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 56 percent of possession.

The most dominating AlmavivA player was without a doubt I. Pais. I. Bodenstaff was a disappointment, however. T. Daher performed admirably for Tasvite. However, A. Deiana made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 0 - 5.
