Bükszegi broke through on the right, leaving the entire defence trailing in his wake. The teams went for the halftime break at 2 - 0. Kiszombor had most of the ball, with 53 percent of possession.

west-metal had to make a substitution after 60 minutes. É. Déhon limped off the field and was replaced by O. Rathenau. O. Rathenau became the new west-metal captain. Kiszombor were given a gift! Lábas could have increased the lead after 77 minutes, but his shot hit the post after a nice combination in the middle of the park.
