Knight tactics involved an interesting 2-5-3 combination.
The following players had been chosen: Dobrak - Braubach, Augustin - Chirciu, Reyne, Repar, Tavželj, Bohács - Otero, Ferlini, Ataide.
A 3-5-2 alignment was the formation of choice for Škis.
They fielded: Ahmed - Aziz, Temur, Darde - Çınay, Haapanen, Helwegen, Marty, Kotro - Voinea, Whatonga.
M. Ferlini's tried to storm through the defence after 2 minutes, but
N. Temur was just too fast to shake off and the rest of the defence got back to cover.
A questionable penalty 9 minutes in gave the home side the lead, 1 - 0. The visitors' goalie didn't stand a chance as
J. Braubach knocked the ball home.
The referee showed Knight's

K. Miklavžin a quick hug as he left the field.

S. Whatonga came close to extending the visitors' lead when he found himself completely unmarked in front of the goal after a pass through the middle. He tried to lift the ball over
M. Dobrak but overcooked it and hit the bar instead.
Škis's
P. Darde was shown a yellow card after 79 minutes for slicing down an opponent.
After 82 minutes, an incisive pass through the middle gave

The Škis players could smell victory in the air.
C. Voinea wasn't in a hurry to leave the field as he was substituted for
D. Cristescu after 83 minutes.

A. Ataide.
However,
