Semionichev of Billy to slip through the defence and score another goal for the visitors. That made the score 0 - 6. 0 - 6 was the score after the first half. Billy claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 84 percent.

After 50 minutes J. Kopfkopp made a speedy advance and dropped the ball to A. Semionichev who shuffled it past the keeper. The score was now 0 - 7. V. Grebenskiy was, after 51 minutes, almost able to extend the visitors' lead with a well placed diving header after the ball had looped into the centre, but the home side's keeper S. Dinov nearly put the visitors another one up as he broke through in the middle and fired from just outside the box, but his shot passed just over the bar. V. Dinov of Billy took advantage of a mistake on the home side's right after 62 minutes which increased the away team's lead to 0 - 9.
