Napoleoni, who smashed it home to make the score 2 - 1. 35 minutes into the game, rospolo were awarded a penalty that L. Zampieri turned into 3 - 1 without a problem. That was his third goal of the match - a hat trick for L. Zampieri. C. Stamate had a fantastic opportunity to put rospolo up another goal 38 minutes into the match, but he fired just over the crossbar. G. Andreani's early cross saw the defenders caught out of position and the alert S. Berrutti was able to pounce and roll the ball past the hapless goalkeeper to score for Gina. 3 - 2. Halftime score was 3 - 2. rospolo enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 52 percent of possession.

The corner kick from S. Berrutti was powerfully met by the head of G. Roffa to make the score 3 - 3. The terraces were silenced after 54 minutes when Gina's C. Stefanutti put the guests ahead 3 - 4, following an attack on the right. After 57 minutes, D. Van der Sande made a dash down the middle past the away team's defenders to score the goal that made it 4 - 4. rospolo took the lead 60 minutes in, as G. Benucci broke through on the left and put the 5 - 4 shot just beyond the reach of the outstretched keeper. An accurate cross from G. Andreani of Gina was met with a wonderful glancing header from S. Napoleoni, hitting the inside base of the post before nestling into the back of the net for 5 - 5. Against a lesser team, Gina could very well have succeeded with their smart indirect free kick routine after 68 minutes. A trio of passes took the ball all the way past the defenders, but by then the intended recipient was already blocked off and the keeper could make a leisurely save. rospolo had to make a substitution after 77 minutes. D. Van der Sande limped off the field and was replaced by K. Weersing. S. Napoleoni was first to reach a ball launched long through the center from Gina's defence 80 minutes into the game. He managed to keep his cool and beat the goalkeeper to make the score 5 - 6. At that, S. Napoleoni was noted down for a hat trick! After 81 minutes, the Gina players received new instructions from their manager on how to keep in control of the game. S. Napoleoni received a delicate pass through the home side's central defence after 86 minutes, and chipped it past the flailing keeper to score making it 5 - 7. The Gina fans went wild, whilst the home fans started to think about leaving early. At this point, it was obvious that the players of Gina lowered the tempo and became more defensively oriented. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Gina, with 51 percent of the ball.

Most important rospolo player was M. La Verghetta. K. Weersing on the other hand, had a terrible day. Gina's best player was E. Cafarelli. However, C. Stefanutti made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 5 - 7.
