G.T.R seemed to prefer attacking in the middle. Some good play on the left wing created an opportunity for the visitors 2 minutes into the match, and L. Babos wasn't about to let it go by. He got past the defenders and fired a shot that the keeper just missed. 0 - 1 for the visitors. G.T.R players heard their coach's words ringing in their ears and steered their wing attacks to the middle instead. After 6 minutes a combination in the middle resulted in a through ball for J. Tejo who increased G.T.R's lead to 0 - 2. The home crowd was not impressed when W. Maciesza came in from the right, shooting hard to score after 12 minutes. G.T.R were now up 0 - 3. G.T.R were determined to attack in the middle, even their wing attacks ended up centrally. G. Kitov was, after 23 minutes, almost able to extend the visitors' lead with a well placed diving header after the ball had looped into the centre, but the home side's keeper J. Serradell made the save. 35 minutes into the game, G.T.R worked the left side industriously creating several opportunities to add to their lead, but just couldn't apply the finishing touch. Halftime score was 0 - 3. Possession in this half belonged to G.T.R, who controlled the ball 88 percent of the time.

The G.T.R free kick 47 minutes into the match seemed wasted, as the shot was both short and off target. But was this actually a plan? The ball landed at the feet of N. Fernández-Savater, who was completely unmarked in the box. That's 0 - 4! By now, the players in G.T.R felt that victory was guaranteed and began to play it safe, focusing on defence and not risking too much going forward. After 54 minutes, G.T.R's H. Camell burst through the central defence and let loose a cannonball of a shot, scoring for 0 - 5. A. Cerrada received a delicate pass through the home side's central defence after 62 minutes, and chipped it past the flailing keeper to score making it 0 - 6. The G.T.R fans went wild, whilst the home fans started to think about leaving early. G.T.R had a good opportunity to attack on the wing, but remembered their instructions to go for middle attacks. After 68 minutes, an incisive pass through the middle gave H. Camell a chance to increase the lead for G.T.R, and he did not disappoint. The score was then 0 - 7. With 69 minutes played, A. Alcover of kk12 fell dramatically just outside the penalty area. However, the referee was unimpressed, and booked him for diving. 75 minutes into the game, G.T.R were awarded a penalty and J. Tejo was able to increase the visitors' lead to 0 - 8 rolling the ball in by the right post. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by G.T.R, with 92 percent of the ball.

kk12's best player was S. Osorio Zayas. J. Perucha was a disappointment, however. The most dominating G.T.R player was without a doubt N. Fernández-Savater. However, J. Tejo made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 0 - 8.
