12000 spectators had come to
Parc Melies this cloudy day.
Lee Randall was the appointed referee with assistance provided by
Pekka Borgell and
Reiner Morales.
Orly tactics involved an interesting 4-4-2 combination.
The following players took the field: Dumon - Heurtevent, Florent, Marlet, Chauvineau - Nabaline, Escande, Le Guennec, Bressan - Lecoq, Bonté.
Keina started off with a 2-5-3 lineup.
The following players had been chosen: Landström - Dorival, Jouve - Batard, Grosjean, Dupuis, Benabed, Hospital - Kłodowski, Ambroziak, Quitarrà.
Some good play on the left wing created an opportunity for the visitors 2 minutes into the match, and
S. Ambroziak wasn't about to let it go by. He got past the defenders and fired a shot that the keeper just missed. 0 - 1 for the visitors.
Keina came close to extending their lead as
R. Kłodowski delivered a low effort on goal from the right after 9 minutes, but the angle was too narrow and the shot went harmlessly into the side netting.
Some fine movement on the left led to a Keina goal after 18 minutes, making it 0 - 2.
S. Ambroziak was noted down as the scorer.
By now, the players in Keina felt that victory was guaranteed and began to play it safe, focusing on defence and not risking too much going forward.
S. Ambroziak increased Keina's lead to 0 - 3 with a superb free kick strike that flew in just under the far top corner.
That made three goals for
S. Ambroziak and he was marked down for the hat trick.
The home crowd was not impressed when
G. Dupuis came in from the right, shooting hard to score after 21 minutes. Keina were now up 0 - 4.
23 minutes in, Orly's
R. Lecoq received a yellow card for going into a challenge studs first.
It was 0 - 4 at the break.
Keina had most of the ball, with 85 percent of possession.
S. Ambroziak received a delicate pass through the home side's central defence after 50 minutes, and chipped it past the flailing keeper to score making it 0 - 5. The Keina fans went wild, whilst the home fans started to think about leaving early.
Having been awarded a free kick in an awkward position after 60 minutes, Keina did not go for a shot but instead fired the ball hard into the 6 yard box. After a brief tussle with his marker,
É. Batard was able to power the ball past the keeper to make the score 0 - 6.
G. Dupuis of Keina took advantage of a mistake on the home side's right after 63 minutes which increased the away team's lead to 0 - 7.
Keina's
S. Ambroziak made it through the home team's defence on the right hand side 69 minutes into the match. After rounding the keeper, he only had to place the ball in the unguarded goal when a defender slid in and cleared the ball off the line.
After 70 minutes a combination in the middle resulted in a through ball for
É. Batard who increased Keina's lead to 0 - 8.
The coach of Keina was happy with the game so far, but still wanted to change the line up. After 85 minutes,
H. Ngumi came on for
L. Landström.
The Keina captaincy was handed to
H. Ngumi.
Keina claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 89 percent.
Most important Orly player was
R. Lecoq.
M. Nabaline turned in a dismal performance, however.
The most dominating Keina player was without a doubt
S. Ambroziak.
On the other hand,
N. Jouve's play was disheartening.
The match ends 0 - 8.
