Clouds darkened the skies at San Charlie as 26293 spectators turned up for the match. Adriano Biner was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Ezio Stefani and Tor Opstrup. Gentlemen prefer blondes and Ceatoleí prefers a 3-5-2. Let's see how this plays out for them. They fielded: Hessl - Nachtweide, Wieme, Camango - Loizos, Vãrzaru, Coucill, Ochoa, Hegstad - Salamo, Nikkanen.

After thorough analysis and consultation of astrological charts, Godinez decided to go with a 3-4-3 formation. The following players took the field: Faine - Novoa, Yáñez, Tuki - Vodarčík, Pérez, Aldunate, Pirazzoli - Vallejos, Poblete, Fouillioux.

Ceatoleí were mostly trying to use their outstanding skill at attacking on the flanks. Players in Ceatoleí heard their coach's words ringing in their ears and steered their central attacks to the wings instead. Ceatoleí took the lead 2 minutes in, after A. Coucill's awkward, but ultimately successful, shot from the right. 1 - 0. A. Coucill gave Ceatoleí supporters even more to cheer about when he increased the lead to 2 - 0 after 4 minutes, following a good exchange of passes on the right that the away team failed to deal with. 4 minutes into the game, Godinez had difficulty finding their positions and their organization dropped to weak. Ceatoleí's V. Nikkanen was delighted to score as he saw his shot go between the legs of the advancing keeper and into the net, following some good attacking movement on the right wing. 3 - 0 after 10 minutes. Ceatoleí's players now seemed to think the job was done and acted more defensively, just waiting for the ref to blow the final whistle. J. Salamo had a fantastic opportunity to put Ceatoleí up another goal 27 minutes into the match, but he fired just over the crossbar. Ceatoleí's V. Nikkanen saw his fine effort strike the top of the bar following some good work up the middle by his teammates 28 minutes in. 3 - 0 was the score after the first half. Ceatoleí were doing a good job holding on to the ball, with 80 percent of possession.

Godinez's coach had to raise his voice a little, but he also managed to raise his players' organization to passable after reviewing his strategy. Ceatoleí put themselves up 4 - 0 when G. Vãrzaru broke through on the right, leaving the entire defensive delegation behind him. 65 minutes into the game, Godinez seemed a little tentative in their play as their organization fell to weak. Ceatoleí added another goal to their lead as V. Nikkanen struck home for 5 - 0 after an attack from the left set him up unmarked in front of the keeper. A speedy charge from the left side of the field increased Ceatoleí's lead to 6 - 0 as E. Nachtweide finished it off clinically, firing the shot from a terrible angle. The clock read 74 minutes and things were deteriorating for the away team as Ceatoleí scored another to make it 7 - 0 after a left side attack resulted in a goal for V. Nikkanen. That was his third goal of the match - a hattrick for V. Nikkanen! That's the name of the game! Godinez's P. Novoa was shown a yellow card for standing over the ball and blocking an opponent's quick free kick after 80 minutes. Ceatoleí managed to extend their lead to 8 - 0 when A. Hegstad slid in neatly from the left side and struck a fine shot past the away team's goalkeeper. E. Nachtweide was ever so close to scoring after an excellent corner was perfectly redirected by A. Coucill, but the ball went off the post and out. The Count appeared on the jumbotron and announced that Ceatoleí had 82...82 percent possession. AH AH AH!

The most outstanding Ceatoleí player was without a doubt A. Coucill. Even six year old fans were wincing at the poor play by Á. Camango today. Most important Godinez player was A. Poblete. You can tell it was nickel beer night yesterday at the local bar because M. Vodarčík seemed to stumble all over the pitch. The match ends 8 - 0.
