Clouds darkened the skies at Silence Arena as 1592 spectators turned up for the match. Jakub Wiktorowicz was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Siim Jakuson and Sutianto Mananohas. Musaschi tactics involved an interesting 3-5-2 combination. Brito Alves tied the game at 1 - 1 after 24 minutes, when he converted an incredible pass from the right. After 35 minutes of play, M. Saug gave the home team a 2 - 1 lead after an attack coming in from the right. The crowd was silenced 40 minutes into the match as the visiting team's C. Maio came in from the left, levelling the score to 2 - 2. The teams went for the halftime break at 2 - 2. Duriense had most of the ball, with 60 percent of possession.

As the 61 minute mark approached, the Duriense coach decided it was time for a substitution. C. Maio reluctantly made way for J. Figueira Pereira on the pitch. The guests took the lead 61 minutes into the match, after a right-side attack resulted in N. Camilo scoring to make it 2 - 3. R. Härtl-Müller was, after 63 minutes, almost able to extend the visitors' lead with a well placed diving header after the ball had looped into the centre, but the home side's keeper Ö. Önsü made the save. The opposing supporters gave the referee an earful when he only gave F. Tenente from Duriense a yellow card after a mistimed challenge from behind 72 minutes into the game. That was far too lenient! 77 minutes into the match, A. Varela came through the middle and almost added to his team's lead, but the shot went wide. The referee showed Duriense's F. Kleinhappl the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge. Duriense had a magnificent opportunity after 81 minutes as N. Camilo hit the ball hard from the edge of the penalty box. However, the shot went wide. When F. Kleinhappl made yet another studs-first tackle after 86 minutes, the referee was obliged to book the Duriense player for the second time, sending him off the pitch. Possession in this half belonged to Duriense, who controlled the ball 62 percent of the time.

Musaschi's top performer was clearly A. Williams. On the other hand, S. Hoeglinger's play was disheartening. Duriense's best player was R. Härtl-Müller. A. Gouveia on the other hand, had a terrible day. The match ends 2 - 3.
