Overcast weather free of rain made for a crowd turnout of 3007 at Luff Arena today. Andreas Ångby was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Hildger Kollmeier and Ben Vejlgaard. With 22 minutes played, Luff's J. Jaouen almost extended the lead, but his shot from the left glanced off the top of the bar to fall behind the net. A great save by keeper B. Vopalecký after 31 minutes kept the visitors in the game after M. Holtgreve struck from the left with a real cannonball. After 33 minutes, the away team failed to deal with a good exchange of passes on the right, and É. Dausse gave the Luff supporters even more to cheer about when he increased the lead to 2 - 0. 2 - 0 was the halftime score. Possession in this half belonged to Luff, who controlled the ball 83 percent of the time.

Cheers filled the stadium as R. van Olphen broke through the visitors' central defence to put away the ball to increase the lead to 3 - 0 to Luff. H. Couball increased the lead for Luff to 4 - 0, getting a head onto a hooked ball from the right. The ball looked to have taken a deflection on the way in, but he's claiming it! Confident in their lead, Luff's players relaxed and focused more on defending the lead than increasing it. A well-executed free kick by J. Jaouen after 78 minutes made it 5 - 0 for Luff. After 79 minutes, M. Holtgreve put Luff ahead 6 - 0 when he rose to head in a cross from the right wing. Luff had most of the ball, with 85 percent of possession.

Most important Luff player was A. Gabay. M. Holtgreve turned in a dismal performance, however. PLZ's top performer was clearly B. Vopalecký. B. Hampejs on the other hand, had a terrible day. The match ends 6 - 0.
