A mistake by the home side's central defence after 10 minutes allowed C. Horvatiček to score for Fc_kickass. The scoreboard now read 0 - 1. Central attacks were the recipe of the day for Fc_kickass, as they moved the ball from the wings to the middle with startling regularity. C. Horvatiček was, after 13 minutes, almost able to extend the visitors' lead with a well placed diving header after the ball had looped into the centre, but the home side's keeper W. Samek made the save. V. Stamatakis showed the skills that make him a real crowd pleaser as he, after 30 minutes, wove through the guests' entire central defence and put the 1 - 1 equaliser away. After 34 minutes, speedy V. Szegedi dashed past his marker, making plenty of room for the second wave of attack. However, C. Horvatiček failed to score. Fc_kickass's O. Delanghe was dominating his wing and kept sending fine balls into the opposition's box - C. Horvatiček managed to volley one of them into the net to make it 1 - 2 after 38 minutes. The opposing supporters gave the referee an earful when he only gave E. Matty from Mxc a yellow card after a mistimed challenge from behind 41 minutes into the game. That was far too lenient! Fc_kickass's F. Conticello went down after a savage challenge, but could continue playing after some medical attention. The teams went for the halftime break at 1 - 2. Possession was split evenly between the teams.

The visitors' C. Horvatiček took advantage of a misunderstanding between the home side's goalie and centre backs 58 minutes into the match. 1 - 3 for Fc_kickass. By then C. Horvatiček had scored three goals - a hat trick! The coach of Fc_kickass was happy with the game so far, but still wanted to change the line up. After 70 minutes, C. Zaharescu came on for O. Delanghe. H. Özbilgin wanted to play on, but the Fc_kickass coach had other ideas, and he was replaced 75 minutes into the game by O. Añón. Mxc needed a fresh pair of legs on the field, and after 76 minutes E. Matty made way for T. Niemann. The bench was restless, and with 80 minutes passed Mxc's coach gave E. Mayer-Berg the opportunity the player had been hoping for. M. Calmy-Rey reluctantly left the field. After 80 minutes a combination in the middle resulted in a through ball for J. Urdangarin who increased Fc_kickass's lead to 1 - 4. After 81 minutes, Mxc switched J. Bukowski with Q. Membrez, hoping for a quick impact on the pitch. The home crowd was not impressed when N. Bürgler came in from the right, shooting hard to score after 85 minutes. Fc_kickass were now up 1 - 5. 86 minutes into the match, Mxc's T. Niemann collected a ball sent down the right and put it in the back of the net, narrowing the score to 2 - 5. Fc_kickass had most of the ball, with 51 percent of possession.

Mxc's top performer was clearly M. Bunka. However, W. Samek made a disastrous appearance. Most important Fc_kickass player was C. Horvatiček. J. Boström turned in a dismal performance, however. The match ends 2 - 5.
