Idomeneas Farakopoulos was the appointed referee with assistance provided by
Jano Silveira and
Marcin Rembalski.
Haiduong started off with a 3-5-2 lineup.
They fielded: Rysgaard - Grando, Gandarilla, Boissevain - Tatomir, 戎金 (Rongjin) , Browne, Aytepe, 挺安 (Tingan) - Motl, Edenhall.

The following players took the field: Veselič - Medina Espino, Nygård, Govorin, Cechak - Spolaore, Barzagli, Pöhlmann, Arangua - Smed, Andersson.
For their match strategy, Sông Đà had decided to use their ability to counter-attack whenever possible.
After 12 minutes, there was a bit of a mixup on the field as Sông Đà found themselves out of position and their organisation level dropped to
inadequate.
J. Motl gave Haiduong the lead as he successfully challenged the guests' central defenders, then slotted the ball into the bottom corner, giving the keeper no chance. 1 - 0
The crowd gasped as
莫. 挺安 (Tingan) of Haiduong was flattened by an opponent after 26 minutes and had to be carried off.
J. Eskelinen came in off the bench.
何. 戎金 (Rongjin) became the new Haiduong captain.
Haiduong's
J. Motl had an excellent opportunity after 30 minutes, shooting after receiving a pass from the right hand side, but he missed the goal by miles!
It was 1 - 0 at the break.
Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Haiduong, with 64 percent of the ball.
A review of the gameplan helped Sông Đà get back to a
solid organisation when the referee blew his whistle again.
F. Edenhall unleashed a swerving effort from the right that the visitors' keeper did well to tip wide.
Sông Đà's counterattacks were lethal to the opposing defence, allowing
T. Smed to score easily from the right flank for 1 - 1.
Haiduong took the lead 59 minutes in, as
F. Edenhall broke through on the left and put the 2 - 1 shot just beyond the reach of the outstretched keeper.
After 82 minutes, the away team failed to deal with a good exchange of passes on the right, and
A. Grando gave the Haiduong supporters even more to cheer about when he increased the lead to 3 - 1.
J. Eskelinen could have increased the lead after 87 minutes, but his shot hit the post after a nice combination in the middle of the park.
T. Barzagli showed why he is feared on the counterattack, breaking through in the middle and scoring for Sông Đà after 88 minutes to make the score 3 - 2.
The visitors were awarded a penalty by the referee 89 minutes into the match, much to the anger of the home crowd.
T. Smed took advantage of the situation and scored to make it 3 - 3.
After 89 minutes, the Haiduong coach wanted to see a new face on the pitch, waving
P. Gandarilla off the field.
E. Daddario took his place.
Possession in this half belonged to Haiduong, who controlled the ball 66 percent of the time.
F. Edenhall performed admirably for Haiduong.
E. Daddario turned in a dismal performance, however.
Sông Đà's best player was
T. Smed.
V. Govorin on the other hand, had a terrible day.
The match ends 3 - 3.
