Zalău had most of the ball, with 58 percent of possession.

A drive down the left side allowed G. Boştină to get in close and score another goal for Zalău after 61 minutes, taking the score to 0 - 3. 62 minutes in, Zalău's I. Chiriţă received a yellow card for going into a challenge studs first. Due to a severely mistimed tackle, C. Certosino of Y.T. spent some time on the grass writhing in agony before he could get up and continue the game. B. Adonyi couldn't do anything to stop the technically gifted B. Bocão as he dodged past on his way to scoring a wonderful goal for Y.T. - 1 - 3! Zalău's E. Rosenberger made it through the home team's defence on the right hand side 68 minutes into the match. After rounding the keeper, he only had to place the ball in the unguarded goal when a defender slid in and cleared the ball off the line. With 82 minutes played, Zalău's well-worked indirect free kick caused havoc in the penalty area, and when the ball eventually fell to G. Boştină he gleefully slotted the ball home to make it 1 - 4. At that, G. Boştină was noted down for a hat trick! Zalău claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 57 percent.

The most dominating Y.T. player was without a doubt G. Begnoni. However, G. Arieşan made a disastrous appearance. Zalău's best player was B. Adonyi. E. Rosenberger turned in a dismal performance, however. The match ends 1 - 4.
