13477 fans braved the pouring rain at Fereastra zmeilor. Shalom Porat was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Sonny Richardsson and Virgil Zengei. Troca started off with a 3-5-2 lineup. At the beginning of the game, Troca appeared to have already taken this victory to the bank. After 31 minutes, O. Buchacher came in from the right, feinted, then sped past the off-balance defender to make the score 1 - 0, giving Troca the lead. After several obvious shirt pulling incidents, F. Paschek got himself booked. The manager of Troca was not happy. V. Ţucă increased the lead for Troca to 2 - 0, getting a head onto a hooked ball from the right. The ball looked to have taken a deflection on the way in, but he's claiming it! Confident in their lead, Troca's players relaxed and focused more on defending the lead than increasing it. O. Buchacher hit the corner kick straight to the keeper, but it was mishandled, giving Troca's 皓. 阿部 (Abe ) an easy chance to knock it in for 3 - 0. B. Zediu unleashed a swerving effort from the right that the visitors' keeper did well to tip wide. A magnificent combination in the middle resulted in Troca's V. Ţucă increasing the lead to 4 - 0. A. Andersen was having a great game - if anything the pouring rain seemed to be spurring him on! Things were deteriorating for the away team as Troca scored another to make it 5 - 0 after a left side attack resulted in a goal for V. Sinitenkov after 44 minutes. The opposing supporters gave the referee an earful when he only gave L. Dârmon from Tractorul a yellow card after a mistimed challenge from behind 44 minutes into the game. That was far too lenient! 44 minutes into the match, the visitors' central line of defence had to look on as 皓. 阿部 (Abe ) broke through, making the score 6 - 0 for Troca. G. Babii of Tractorul was booked for kicking the ball away after the whistle. The teams went for the halftime break at 6 - 0. Troca enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 82 percent of possession.

L. Fehér left the field with a smile on his face as he was substituted 46 minutes into the game, as his team was in the lead. D. Benyo was the replacement. The coach of Troca was happy with the game so far, but still wanted to change the line up. After 46 minutes, A. Bikineev came on for O. Buchacher. Troca solidified their lead at the 47 minute mark, as C. Măzăreanu dribbled the ball through the opposing central defence and scored to make it 7 - 0. After 52 minutes, the away team failed to deal with a good exchange of passes on the right, and C. Măzăreanu gave the Troca supporters even more to cheer about when he increased the lead to 8 - 0. Against a lesser team, Troca could very well have succeeded with their smart indirect free kick routine after 62 minutes. A trio of passes took the ball all the way past the defenders, but by then the intended recipient was already blocked off and the keeper could make a leisurely save. After 77 minutes, a couple of quick and successful challenges followed by a shot from just outside the penalty area by 皓. 阿部 (Abe ) might have resulted in another goal for Troca. However, D. Florea made a spectacular save. The Troca players could smell victory in the air. C. Cercel wasn't in a hurry to leave the field as he was substituted for E. Isakas after 89 minutes. Troca had most of the ball, with 81 percent of possession.

Troca's best player was A. Andersen. D. Benyo was a disappointment, however. Most important Tractorul player was C. Ţugui. D. Florea turned in a dismal performance, however. The match ends 8 - 0.
