Bore behaved like an inexperienced youth player after 25 minutes as he gave the ball away to R. Gumiński. Lucky for him though, there was no goal. Star's A. Guşu was shown a yellow card for standing over the ball and blocking an opponent's quick free kick after 27 minutes. A speedy charge from the left side of the field increased the lead of HaiFrate to 3 - 0 as Ş. Dalea finished it off competently, firing in from an acute angle. The opposing supporters gave the referee an earful when he only gave F. Dupuis from Star a yellow card after a mistimed challenge from behind 33 minutes into the game. That was far too lenient! After 36 minutes, Star's N. Žilić fell awkwardly, but was determined to stay in the match. That's the spirit! A. Strat increased the lead for HaiFrate to 4 - 0, getting a head onto a hooked ball from the right. The ball looked to have taken a deflection on the way in, but he's claiming it! By now, the players in HaiFrate felt that victory was guaranteed and began to play it safe, focusing on defence and not risking too much going forward. It was 4 - 0 at the break. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Star, with 53 percent of the ball.

The bench was restless, and with 46 minutes passed Star's coach gave E. Lomotă the opportunity the player had been hoping for. C. Piña reluctantly left the field. Having been awarded a free kick in an awkward position after 50 minutes, HaiFrate did not go for a shot but instead fired the ball hard into the 6 yard box. After a brief tussle with his marker, A. Stachnik was able to power the ball past the keeper to make the score 5 - 0. M. Lahaye made a brilliant save 55 minutes into the match, blocking a rocket of a shot from F. Dupuis on the right hand side. Star's R. Tilvic was shown a yellow card after 67 minutes for slicing down an opponent. A loud groan was heard from the fans of HaiFrate, as M. García de Paredes left the pitch in too much pain to finish the match. T. Ciocănău took his place on the field. Star managed to reduce the score to 5 - 1 as N. Žilić finished off a well-played combination from the left, easily carving through the defence. This part of the game was a standoff between the teams in terms of possession.

HaiFrate's best player was A. Cotolea. On the other hand, G. Bore's play was disheartening. The most dominating Star player was without a doubt C. Angheloni. R. Gumiński on the other hand, had a terrible day. The match ends 5 - 1.
