A free kick aimed at the keeper's far post almost gave Arsenal the lead 13 minutes in, but the ball just wasn't able to squirm its way through the defensive wall. PTeam could have put themselves ahead after 21 minutes but T. Tarčinský missed a volley shot on a ball coming in from the right. PTeam fans held their breath as V. Titz scampered down the left side. He successfully avoided all challenges and cracked home the shot for 1 - 0! The visitors' Z. Tuskán was alert after a cross coming in from the left, levelling the score at 1 - 1 after 32 minutes. Against a lesser team, Arsenal could very well have succeeded with their smart indirect free kick routine after 34 minutes. A trio of passes took the ball all the way past the defenders, but by then the intended recipient was already blocked off and the keeper could make a leisurely save. It was 1 - 1 at the break. Possession was split evenly between the teams.

After 57 minutes, A. Martins sent the corner kick right to H. Rosenberg who headed it sharply past the keeper. 2 - 1! After 66 minutes, Arsenal's A. Holán fell awkwardly, but was determined to stay in the match. That's the spirit! After 79 minutes, the away team failed to deal with a good exchange of passes on the right, and C. Nistor gave the PTeam supporters even more to cheer about when he increased the lead to 3 - 1. PTeam's C. Nistor saw his fine effort strike the top of the bar following some good work up the middle by his teammates after 80 minutes. Arsenal's Z. Adamovič was shown a yellow card for standing over the ball and blocking an opponent's quick free kick after 82 minutes. PTeam had to make a substitution after 86 minutes. D. Šimčík limped off the field and was replaced by B. Kuijt. PTeam enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 52 percent of possession.

PTeam's top performer was clearly T. Tarčinský. On the other hand, B. Kuijt's play was disheartening. A. Rýc performed admirably for Arsenal. Z. Adamovič turned in a dismal performance, however. The match ends 3 - 1.
