Dynamo 0 - 2 Evaldo (365839940)

The 30977 spectators at Deathcore Abbey were in for an afternoon of sunshine. Ola Hägerlind was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Andrea Crespi and Ferdinand Thurner. A 5-4-1 alignment was the formation of choice for Dynamo. Lineup: Ottensamer - van Belle, Elomaa, Núñez, Zyskowicz, Dubost - Freiberg, Bütler, Şerban, Ceydan - Troilo.

Evaldo had chosen a strategic 3-4-3 formation. Starters: Mellbeck - Pavlík, Wojak, Revický - de Jutter, Trávníček, Hahn, Habr - Bilgin, Tiilikka, Boualili.

For their match strategy, Dynamo had decided to use their ability to counter-attack whenever possible. The referee showed Dynamo's L. Freiberg the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge. A loud groan was heard from the fans of Evaldo, as Y. Bilgin left the pitch in too much pain to finish the match. J. Kasprowiak took his place on the field. The opposing supporters gave the referee an earful when he only gave A. Núñez from Dynamo a yellow card after a mistimed challenge from behind 17 minutes into the game. That was far too lenient! It was a hot and sunny day, and several players seemed worn out. Maybe this was why J. Zyskowicz found an unusual amount of space for his snappy footwork. After the game, the most discussed event will probably be the penalty given after 34 minutes that gave the visitors the 0 - 1 lead. Despite the controversy, O. Habr struck home the penalty, as cool as anything. The teams went for the halftime break at 0 - 1. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Dynamo, with 52 percent of the ball.

Dynamo were able to mount several counterattacks, such as the impressive one after 77 minutes, but E. Troilo lofted a free kick over the crossbar. M. Bütler was ever so close to scoring after an excellent corner was beautifully flicked on by S. Ceydan, but the ball bounced off the post to safety. A lack of experience caused L. Freiberg to make a difficult dribble close to dangerous opponent J. Hahn of Evaldo, who took the opportunity to score making it 0 - 2. Evaldo came close to extending their lead as A. Trávníček delivered a low effort on goal from the right after 84 minutes, but the angle was too narrow and the shot went harmlessly into the side netting. 87 minutes into the match, J. Kasprowiak came through the middle and almost added to his team's lead, but the shot went wide. Dynamo had most of the ball, with 54 percent of possession.

Dynamo's best player was F. Şerban. On the other hand, M. Bütler's play was disheartening. Most important Evaldo player was A. Trávníček. However, J. Revický made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 0 - 2.
