Lost(r) 1 - 1 Baryboys
(365913754)

17-03-2012 11.30
A brilliantly sunny day had enticed a crowd of 37513 to
Břetislavská pláň.
Larry Veerlann was the appointed referee with assistance provided by
Umberto Buonfini and
Jan Hopman.
Lost(r) had chosen a strategic 3-5-2 formation.
The following players had been chosen: Kuczborski - Gülru, Carreño, Pedroni - Rykr, Kolegar, Abbiati, Fagot, Svold - Toppari, Goyochea.
A 3-5-2 alignment was the formation of choice for Baryboys.
Starters: Lozano - Sitař, Mauro, Stumpers - Višnjić, Niedoba, Fonseca, Melis, Mrhálek - Zubíček, Vašek.
Lost(r) mostly ignored the flanks in favour of their ability to attack in the middle.
With 27 minutes played,
L. Mauro of Baryboys fell dramatically just outside the penalty area. However, the referee was unimpressed, and booked him for diving.
It was a hot and sunny day, and several players seemed worn out. Maybe this was why
J. Niedoba found an unusual amount of space for his snappy footwork.
Slack defending gave Lost(r) a chance to take the lead with 32 minutes played, but
G. Abbiati's cross from the left flank was fumbled in front of the goal and easily dealt with by the opposition.
0 - 0 was the score after the first half.
Lost(r) had most of the ball, with 57 percent of possession.
Central attacks were the recipe of the day for Lost(r), as they moved the ball from the wings to the middle with startling regularity.
After a fine move down the middle
L. Fagot nearly gave the home side a goal after 76 minutes. However the finishing shot went just wide.
P. Melis found it hard to catch his breath today in the stifling heat.
After 80 minutes, Baryboys put themselves up 0 - 1, as
Š. Zubíček finished off a strike from the left with a real cannonball of a shot.
L. Mauro was, after 87 minutes, almost able to extend the visitors' lead with a well placed diving header after the ball had looped into the centre, but the home side's keeper
R. Kuczborski made the save.
88 minutes in, and Lost(r) were able to score the equalising goal to make it 1 - 1 when
E. Toppari picked up a pass coming in from the right and chipped it past the away team's keeper.
Lost(r) enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 54 percent of possession.
Lost(r)'s top performer was clearly
G. Abbiati.
On the other hand,
E. Toppari's play was disheartening.
The most dominating Baryboys player was without a doubt
J. Niedoba.
J. Višnjić was a disappointment, however.
The match ends 1 - 1.
