However, the referee was unimpressed, and booked him for diving. 25 minutes in, the referee awarded Gagliardi a penalty. F. Morosan coolly slotted it home for a 1 - 0 lead. After 26 minutes Gagliardi's F. Schönbeck limped slightly after a late challenge, but he was able to continue. A speedy charge from the left side of the field increased the lead of Gagliardi to 2 - 0 as F. Morosan finished it off competently, firing in from an acute angle. After this, you could see that the players of Gagliardi were more interested in killing time than scoring more goals. 36 minutes into the game, s.costanzo seemed a little tentative in their play as their organization fell to weak. 39 minutes in, s.costanzo appeared unsure on how to play and their organisation was only weak. Gagliardi's P. Alberti increased the lead to 3 - 0, after he saw his shot go between the legs of the advancing goalkeeper following some good play down the right wing after 41 minutes. 3 - 0 was the score after the first half. Gagliardi claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 79 percent.

During the break, s.costanzo's coach went through the team's tactics yet again, getting them up to passable organisation. W. Stork of Gagliardi seemed to be floating in the air as he elegantly headed in to make the score 4 - 0 after a corner kick that was nicely executed by F. Morosan. The coach of Gagliardi was happy with the game so far, but still wanted to change the line up. After 65 minutes, K. Winick came on for M. Wiktorko. With 66 minutes gone, Gagliardi had a free kick in a decent position. Despite this being a great chance for a shot, they tried a cheeky move intended to bypass the defence. However, B. Jensen did not manage to connect with it cleanly and the ball went out. s.costanzo almost scored after a counterattack 67 minutes into the match, but R. Luz took a shot from the left that landed harmlessly in the side of the net. 廖. 兴宗 (Xingzong)'s speed was almost enough to give Gagliardi a goal after 73 minutes, but his nice pass to G. Cardamone was not taken care of properly. Gagliardi put themselves up 5 - 0 when P. Alberti broke through on the right, leaving the entire defence trailing in his wake. A great save by keeper F. Balboa after 79 minutes kept the visitors in the game after W. Stork struck from the left with a real cannonball. Content with how the game was proceeding, the Gagliardi coach let D. Grilli replace F. Morosan after 80 minutes. The referee showed s.costanzo's G. Nassimben the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge. 82 minutes into the game, s.costanzo had difficulty finding their positions and their organisation dropped to inadequate. Gagliardi enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 77 percent of possession.

Gagliardi's best player was B. Jensen. However, D. Grilli made a disastrous appearance. s.costanzo's top performer was clearly T. Laudadio. R. Luz turned in a dismal performance, however. The match ends 5 - 0.
