The terraces were silenced after 10 minutes when Eststar's A. Nusser put the guests ahead 0 - 1, following an attack on the right. After 14 minutes, Eststar's M. Hiid burst through the central defence and let loose a cannonball of a shot, scoring for 0 - 2. The Eststar players could smell victory in the air. T. de Houtman wasn't in a hurry to leave the field as he was substituted for A. Serpov after 24 minutes. A drive down the left side allowed G. Luik to get in close and score another goal for Eststar after 24 minutes, taking the score to 0 - 3. Confident in their lead, Eststar's players relaxed and focused more on defending the lead than increasing it. Some things can only be learned through experience, and Ü. Jürgenson should take his lesson to heart after nearly gifting fu2bag a goal with 36 minutes of the match played. With 40 minutes played, Eststar put themselves up 0 - 4 after an attack from the right, caused by a defensive blunder. The scorer was G. Cocq. Having been awarded a free kick in an awkward position after 41 minutes, Eststar did not go for a shot but instead fired the ball hard into the 6 yard box. After a brief tussle with his marker, J. Vihriä was able to power the ball past the keeper to make the score 0 - 5. 0 - 5 was the score after the first half. Eststar enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 88 percent of possession.

The fierce heat made it important to save breath, and after a few swift runs K. Pettai found it hard to get back into position. Some fine movement on the left led to a Eststar goal after 51 minutes, making it 0 - 6. G. Luik was noted down as the scorer. Content with how the game was proceeding, the Eststar coach let D. Fichte replace G. Cocq after 54 minutes. P. Dalhult was handed the Eststar captain's armband. G. Luik left the field with a smile on his face as he was substituted 58 minutes into the game, as his team was in the lead. D. Lobko was the replacement. The opposing supporters gave the referee an earful when he only gave T. Aaslo from fu2bag a yellow card after a mistimed challenge from behind 61 minutes into the game. That was far too lenient! A. Nusser couldn't finish the match after being injured, leaving Eststar a man down. D. Lobko received a delicate pass through the home side's central defence after 70 minutes, and chipped it past the flailing keeper to score making it 0 - 7. The Eststar fans went wild, whilst the home fans started to think about leaving early. The visitors' K. Grandell took advantage of a misunderstanding between the home side's goalie and centre backs 81 minutes into the match. 0 - 8 for Eststar. 83 minutes into the match, the visitors put themselves ahead 0 - 9 as D. Lobko finished off an attack from the left with a spectacular scissors kick. After 86 minutes a combination in the middle resulted in a through ball for Ü. Jürgenson who increased Eststar's lead to 0 - 10. Possession in this half belonged to Eststar, who controlled the ball 91 percent of the time.

Most important fu2bag player was J. Arumäe. A. Saare was a disappointment, however. The most dominating Eststar player was without a doubt K. Grandell. However, Ü. Jürgenson made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 0 - 10.
